Introduction

Tropical diseases are very important category of diseases for all of us. Many of travelers and endemic population suffers high rate of mortality and morbidity simply due to unawareness in such diseases. Malaria kills more than one million children in Africa each year: about 4 million people are permanently disabled due to leprosy. The global economy and its consequences made tropical diseases spread beyond the tropics and present to doctors unfamiliar with its sing and symptoms.
Controlling the tropical diseases are very difficult. Resistance to drugs may emerge rapidly, as occurred with malaria. Altering the living environment may lead cause abovirues, dengue, ebola and hanta to emerge from rural habitats. As we all know tropical diseases can travel (typhoid, cholera) which was greatly assisted by tourism, traveling, business people and refugees.
